DQC: Board Resolution _ 07 Sep 2020

Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company (stock code: DQC) announces the Board resolution dated September 07, 2020 as follows:

1)      Promulgating the Articles of Association after amendment;

2)      Promulgating the internal corporate regulations after amendment;

3)      Approving that Mr. Ho Quynh Hung, Board Chairman, will not concurrently hold the position of CEO as from September 07, 2020. Mr. Ho Quynh Hung is still the Company’s Legal Representative.

4)      Changing the title of the Company’s Legal Representative:

-          Old information: Mr. Ho Quynh Hung – Title: CEO;

-          New information: Mr. Ho Quynh Hung – Title: Chairman of the Board of Directors.
